I love the names of the eyeliners :)
I use indelible eyeliner sealant from Aromaleigh for my eyeliner, but a lot of mineral makeup companies carry their own type. You can also use saline solution (like for contacts) or water :)
I found that saline solution held up better for me than water, and the eyeliner sealant seems to work the best, of course.

I've heard also along the lines of saline solution, you can use Visine. I've tried that before and it seemed to work pretty well :)
