Pescetarian Diet: Vegetarian plus Seafood

I am currently trying out a Pescetarian Diet, and have been doing so for the past week. Basically, my version of this consists of a vegetarian diet with the addition of fish and seafood. It is pretty easy for me because I don't really like a lot of meat products, except for the occasional indulgence (cheeseburgers, bacon, BBQ ribs, etc). I told myself that I will do this for one month, and that is promise I plan on keeping.

To ease the transition, I have been eating some "replacement meat" products like those made by Quorn. I especially like the Chik'n Nuggets, which are very chicken-like and tasty. In addition to these faux-meats, I have been eating my usual fish and seafood choices like shrimp, salmon, tuna, etc. It is hard avoiding certain foods, but I think that as time progresses, I will do fine.

Vera Wang - Jewelry, Dresses, Wedding Inspiration

I am a total fan of all things girly, like weddings and jewelry and all that jazz. To my delight today, it looks like the Vera Wang 2010 collections are finally out!

Of course, I love Vera Wang as a designer. Who hasn't appreciated her many fashion and accessory lines of basically everything under the sun at least once in their lives? I find her every day outfits tend to be darker, in muted shades of grey, purple, blue, black and other "business appropriate colors," while her wedding collections have more of a modern fantasy feeling to them. I don't really love the clothes, but the wedding collections, I'm all about.
